An early morning start for an exciting drive, heading towards Nepal Mid-West at scenic Pokhara city. An interesting overland journey through rural farm villages and towns and then reaching at Pokhara for overnight halt. Start the short day hike heading towards Tirkhedhunga village for overnight halt. A nice village offers many good lodges within close to beautiful waterfalls.
From Tirkhedhunga enjoying a pleasant overnight, morning walk leads to steep climb on stone steps to Ulleri. A large village populated by Magar Poon, the main hill tribes of Western Nepal. After Ulleri on gradual uphill path through cool forest to Ghorepani village, located amidst beautiful rhododendron and pine woods.
The air gets much cooler, a moderate size village beneath Poon Hill facing grand views of Dhaulagiri Himalayas. Overnight in the comfort of a nice lodge with lovely rooms with views of snow-capped peaks.
Rising early morning for an hour hike climb to Poon Hill, rewards with excellent views of stunning sunrise. Includes 360° panorama of Mid-Western Himalaya range with world’s three highest peaks, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu and Annapurna Himalayas. After a glorious morning views, down to Ghorepani for breakfast, and then continue walk uphill through lovely rhododendron forest.

A short day walk to Ghandruk village, from Tadapani enjoy the morning views of beautiful scenery of Annapurna peaks. The trail leads through dense forest and then downhill to a large village at Ghandruk. One of the major and lovely village inhabited by the Gurung, the hill tribes of Annapurna Himalayas.
Reaching Ghandruk for lunch and last overnight stop around the high hills of Annapurna’s. Afternoon explore the nice traditional village and its small Gurung Museum of great cultural interest.
Last day walk a short trek to the road-head, where an exciting drive of few hours reaches beautiful Pokhara. Transfer into respective hotels by the Phewa Lake side, rest of the day at leisure to browse around the lake side streets.
Start the morning early for an interesting drive to Kathmandu. The overland journey takes you on the main busy highway following the Trisuli River, as drive climbs on winding road. Then enter Kathmandu valley suburb and into the city after a long exciting drives of near 6 hours. Check into your hotels with rest of the afternoon at leisure.

As well depending on the landscapes around the gorge and deep valleys, the internet and WI-FI will not reach the areas. One must be prepared and wait until you reach certain high places, where the communication works.
Around main villages at Ghorepani and Ghandruk the accommodation are of tourist standard. But at Tadapani and Tirkhedhunga the lodges are basic and simple with common bath and toilets.
