Overview

Bardiya Wildlife Safari is one of the finest parks for jungle activities within serene tranquil surroundings. The Bardiya National Park is situated in the Far South West Nepal within the sub-tropical zone of Terai. The park with an area of 968 sq. km treasures most the endangered mammals and exotic bird life.

The Bardiya National Park is a less visited and undisturbed area due to its remote location. Where one needs to travel a long way of 7-8 hours of driving distance. The shortest means is on a flight from Kathmandu of less than an hour or 50 minutes to Nepalgunj city airport. A drive of a few hours further west reaching Bardiya National Park premises, where all lodges and hotels are located.

Bardiya Wildlife Safari begins, entering the park all jungle activities and safari are taken care of by the lodge management.

The Bardiya National Park is a perfect habitat for various mammals of more than 30 different species. Includes Royal Bengal Tiger, One-horned Rhinoceros, Wild Elephant, Swamp deer, and a herd of Blackbuck. Within the park, one can witness other animals like leopards and lesser cats, the blue bull (Nilgai), and deer.

Outside the park, the rim flows the great Karnali Rivers, where one can catch a glimpse of a Gangetic dolphin. As well as Gharial and Marsh mugger crocodiles with more than 250 species of birds. From river and pond-dwelling birds to grassland and tree lines birds.

Bardiya wildlife safari is quite different from the famous and popular Chitwan National Park, the area is far and isolated. A few group of outside visitors seldom ventures around the wild country of Bardiya National Park. Which makes the Bardiya Wildlife Safari with All Nepal Destination special and unique.

A perfect remote isolated areas to venture and enjoy the Bardiya Wildlife Safari within Nepal Far South West.
